1, the oil is insufficient, the following measures can be taken to deal with this

1) When there is an uneven height in the oil pipeline, the air should be fully extracted.

2) After the oil cooler is dirty, it will reduce the cooling effect. As a result, the cooling oil is insufficient. The cooler should be cleaned in time.

3) When the filter element is dirty, the element should be replaced.

4) When using oil ring bearings, use an oil surface meter to detect the oil level and observe whether the oil ring is operating normally from the observation window.

5) In rolling bearings, overheating occurs due to insufficient grease or excessive filling.

When adding grease, it is better to wipe off the original grease and replace it with a new one.

Its dosage is suitable to occupy nearly 2/3 of the fan bearing box space.

2. Poor selection of oil quality

When the oil quality does not meet the requirements or changes quality, it is also one of the reasons for overheating. The oil should use the oil quality recommended by the fan manufacturer.
