1. The use environment should always be kept clean, the surface of the stainless steel fan should be kept clean, and there should be no debris in the inlet and outlet. Remove dust and other debris from fans and pipes regularly.

2, it can only operate in the case of a completely normal fan. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the capacity of the power supply facilities is sufficient, the voltage is stable, and the phase break operation is prohibited. The power supply line must be a dedicated line, and temporary lines must not be used for long-term power supply.

3. When the fan is found to have abnormal noise during operation, the motor is heated seriously, the shell is charged, the switch is tripped, and the fan is not started, etc., it should be immediately closed for inspection. To ensure safety, do not maintain the fan during operation. After maintenance, test run for 5 minutes to determine no abnormal conditions.

4, according to natural conditions, the bearing does not regularly supplement or replace the lubricating oil (motor closed bearings do not need to replace the lubricating oil within the service life). In order to ensure that the fan is well lubricated during operation, the oil feeding frequency is not less than 1000 hours/time, seal the bearing motor bearings, and add ZL-3 lithium based lubricating oil to 2/3 of the bearing inner and outer rings. Do not run out of oil. If the bearing seat product is used, the lubricating oil filled with the bearing seat shall be qualified No. 30 mechanical oil, and the oil height shall not exceed the middle line of the oil mirror.

5, stainless steel fan should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from moisture. When fans are stored outdoors, take rainproof measures. During storage and transportation, avoid fan collision to prevent fan damage.

6, stainless steel fan snail can not accumulate too much oil (water), regularly clean the wind wheel and the body inside, so as not to affect the normal operation of the fan.
