The working principle of the plastic fan: When the impeller of the plastic fan rotates, due to the centrifugal force, the direction marker promotes the gas to move outward, and finally forms a series of spiral movements. The gas spiral between the blades is accelerated, and the gas outside the pump casing is squeezed into the side groove. As the rotation and kinetic energy of the gas increase, the plastic fan further increases the pressure of the gas passing along the channel. When the air reaches the node of the side groove and the exhaust flange, the gas is squeezed out of the blades, and the plastic fan pump casing is discharged through the outlet muffler.
