Plastic fan installation:

1. The foundation height of the fan is 200mm, which shall be horizontal and firm.
2. The pipe diameter of the fan should be the same as that of the inlet and outlet of the fan, and it should be connected with the air pipe through a hose, and the length of the hose should not be less than 200mm. In order to ensure that the hose does not deform during the operation of the equipment, the installation should maintain appropriate tightness. For the canvas hose installed at the suction end of the fan, it can be installed slightly tightly to prevent the fan from being sucked in during operation and reduce the cross-sectional size of the canvas hose.
3. The fan steel bracket must be fixed on the concrete foundation, and the rubber damping pad must be added between the steel bracket and the fan foundation. The shock-absorbing pad is made of a porous rubber plate.
The outlet diameter of the fan can only be expanded, not reduced. Finally, install an insect screen at the exit, and add a weather cap when the exit is on the upper side.


The plastic fan is made according to the principle of centrifugal force. The airflow enters the fan impeller axially and then flows axially. Its products include centrifugal fans, centrifugal blowers and centrifugal compressors. The working principle of the plastic fan: When the impeller of the plastic fan rotates, due to the centrifugal force, the direction marker promotes the gas to move outward, and finally forms a series of spiral movements. The gas spiral between the blades is accelerated, and the gas outside the pump casing is squeezed into the side groove. As the rotation and kinetic energy of the gas increase, the plastic fan further increases the pressure of the gas passing along the channel. When the air reaches the node of the side groove and the exhaust flange, the gas is squeezed out of the blades, and the plastic fan pump casing is discharged through the outlet muffler.
