Installation instructions for stainless steel fan during installation

1. The equipment foundation shall have a high roof with neat outside to prevent leakage, and anchor screws shall be embedded.

2. Pad a layer of 5mm rubber wrench between the stainless steel fan base and the foundation to reduce vibration. Anchor screws shall be provided with spring washers to prevent loosening during use.

3. Before adjusting the cycle, check that the stainless steel fan is made of parts, and the rotating impeller has no jamming or friction.

4. Check whether the impeller rotation target is correct during flow test (looking down, the impeller should rotate counterclockwise).

5. There should be no abnormality during trial operation or normal use, and the voltage, current, vibration and noise should be within the normal range.

6. When the air door is electric, open the air door at the beginning of the stainless steel fan; when closing, close the stainless steel fan first, and then close the air door.
