1. Blade outer surface wear block

Because the basic movement of dust particles in the wear parts is sliding or rolling along the surface of the plastic anti-corrosion fan blade, there is a certain pressure on the surface. Adding a protruding belt along the blade working surface axis can prevent the movement of dust particles and change the movement direction of dust particles. It causes dust particles to jump out of the blade surface, just as the airflow forms the working surface of the blade. The air cushion has protection and expansion functions, which can extend the service life of the fan by 1 to twice.

The addition of staggered protrusions on the surface of plastic fan blades can also be used for wear resistance. After the plastic anti-corrosion fan blades are welded with the wear-resistant small parts, static balance and dynamic balance correction should be carried out to ensure the smooth operation of the impeller. For small fans, no dynamic balance correction is required, only static balance correction is required.

2. Plastic fan blade surface protection:

Through carburizing, boron penetration, brushing wear-resistant coating and spraying wear-resistant alloy on the surface of the blade, a hard and wear-resistant protective layer is formed on the metal surface of the plastic fan to improve the wear resistance of the plastic anti-corrosion fan blade.

It is often used for carburizing the surface of the blade to form a hard and wear-resistant iron carbide layer on the metal surface to maintain the toughness of the steel core. Since the steel can absorb most of the carbon when laid out as austenite, during the carburizing process, the plastic anticorrosive fan blade must be heated to the jump temperature required to convert the internal layout to austenite. But the temperature should not be too high, otherwise it is easy to increase the grain size of the blade, the surface carbon content is too high, showing brittleness, making the blade easy to crack.
