Structure Design of Plastic Fan
1. When selecting A- type transmission, the plastic fan should be provided with a heat insulation structure between the housing and the motor.
2. The power lead of the fan motor shall be tolerant of temperature-resistant sleeve or high-temperature resistant cable.
3. Motor insulation protection and evaporative cooling system should be set in the plastic fan (H class insulation grade motor ventilator shall not be set up forced evaporative cooling system), motor insulation grade shall not be lower than F level.
Plastic fans are used for exhaust of corrosive acid and alkali gases in industrial plants; exhaust of different types of gases on laboratory equipment; ventilation of biological laboratories; exhaust of deodorization and purification equipment; exhaust of damp-prone decomposition and corrosion areas in coastal cities.
The plastic fan has the characteristics of good corrosion resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, high strength, light weight, good corrosion resistance, not easy to age, and low noise. Plastic fans have a wide range of anti-corrosion applicability, and almost no 1 gas has a chemical effect with them. In other words, it can handle any type of gas, but the premise is that the gas temperature and dust particles should meet its application range.
