Instructions for use of plastic fans
1. The working temperature is ≤ 80°C, the gas contains 100mg/m3 of dust, and the transported gas does not contain viscous substances and particulate substances.
2. The plastic fan is made of pure polypropylene sheet. When transporting the device, it must be lifted lightly, and hard objects are prohibited from colliding with the casing.
3. When the plastic fan is used, the weight of the gas pipeline must not be pressurized on the fan to avoid deformation and damage to the shell. It is forbidden to have sundries in the shell. Move the impeller by hand to ensure that there is no collision, and then connect the air inlet.
4. Turn on the power and close the air inlet, the fan can run, admit whether the running direction is accurate, and then slowly open the air inlet valve until it reaches the regular working conditions and admits that everything is normal.
5, often check the operation of the plastic fan. If there is oscillation or abnormal noise, the fan should be turned off immediately, check whether there are sticky objects attached to the impeller, and remove them in time if necessary.
