Performance selection and Application

Installation and commissioning
1, before the installation of a comprehensive inspection, with the wind turbine components such as: the work is complete, the direction of rotation of the impeller and the casing are the same, the connection parts is close, impeller, spindle, bearings and other major parts have no injury, whether the flexible transmission group. Problems should be repaired immediately.
2, installation: pay attention to check the chassis, the shell should not fall or left tools or debris, in some combination of surface in order to prevent rust, reduce the difficulty of disassembly, should be coated with grease or oil. The fan and the ground, the wind pipe and import key join fan should be carefully adjusted to fit the nature, shall not be forced to join, more will be allowed to any part of the piping weight fan, and ensure the horizontal position of the shaft.
3, installation requirements:
(1) when the fan is installed, the spindle must be tested to make it conform to 0.20 - 1000mm.
(2) fan impeller inlet seal gap should be strictly controlled, 8-09 No. 7.1, 8 fan clearance is 1 1.5mm, 8-09 No. 8.5, No. 8, 9 and 9 9-12 wind turbine clearance is 1.5 2.0mm.
(3) after installation, try to drive the transmission group, check whether there is too tight or with the fixed part scrape phenomenon, find the wrong place must be adjusted in time.
4, test run:
After the installation of the fan is completed, the test can be carried out before the test is completed.
Before operation, the inlet or outlet gates must be closed, so that the fans can be started under the condition of no load. After the normal speed, if the condition is good, the gate can be opened gradually until the rated condition. In the operation of the process should be strictly controlled current, shall not exceed the standard, after running 20 minutes, check the bearing box temperature rise is normal, that is, the temperature rise shall not exceed room temperature above 40 degrees Celsius, the surface temperature of not more than 70 degrees celsius.
Operation and maintenance
1, before the start of the fan, the following preparations should be carried out:
(1) close the inlet or outlet valve.
(2) check the integrity of each component, the rotating part and the fixed part of the scratch phenomenon.
(3) the outlet direction within 10 meters to the station.
(4) all transmission parts, such as pulley or coupling shall not be exposed, should be covered with protective cover (user owned).
(5) children are prohibited from playing on the scene, no delay, such as: the elderly, the presence of people with disabilities.
2, when the fan start at normal speed, should always check the temperature of the bearing is normal, such as the discovery of fan vibration, impact, bearing temperature rise rapidly, a sudden increase in noise and other anomalies must be an emergency stop.
3, fan maintenance must first stop power, and then construction.
4, regularly check the fan dust, dirt and other impurities, and prevent rust.
5, in addition to the demolition and repair should be replaced by lubricating oil (grease), under normal circumstances can be replaced according to the actual situation of lubricating oil (grease).
Faults and causes
(1) fan vibration:
1, the fan shaft and the motor shaft is not concentric.
2, the shell or air inlet and impeller friction.
3, impeller rivets loose or impeller deformation.
4, impeller shaft hole and shaft with loose.
5, the connection pieces loose.
6, pipe installation bad.

(two) bearing temperature rise too high:
1, bearing box vibration.
2, poor quality oil, deterioration, improper brand, insufficient quantity.
3, bearing box cover, seat bolts tight or too small.
4, before and after the bearing box is not concentric, bearing position tilt, not concentric.
5, rolling bearing damage or shaft bending.
6, the end cover and shaft friction.
(three) the motor current is too high or the temperature is too high:
1, driving, import or export valve is not closed.
2, the actual operating conditions are far more than the selected operating point.
3, the grid voltage is too low or lack of phase operation.
4, affected by the vibration of the bearing box.
5, the medium contains viscous material.
6, medium containing dust and hard particles exceeded.
