Working principle


When the impeller of the boiler centrifugal fan is driven to rotate by the motor, the gas filled between the blades rotates with the impeller. Under the action of centrifugal force, the gas is thrown out from the channel between the blades and the gas is transported out from the outlet of the impeller. When the outflow of gas causes a vacuum in the form of the impeller space, the outside gas will automatically enter the impeller for replenishment. Due to the continuous work of the fan, the gas is sucked in and pressed out, forming a continuous flow of gas, thus forming a continuous work.

Structure


Impeller: generates pressure head to transfer energy.
Shell: Collect the gas from the impeller and lead it to the exhaust port to convert part of the kinetic energy of the airflow into pressure energy.
Inlet damper: adjust the output of the machine to isolate the equipment from the system. (Also called deflector, some use frequency conversion technology, hydraulic coupler to adjust the output)
Large shaft: transmitting torque
Bearing: bears the radial and axial load of the rotor and limits the radial and axial movement position of the rotor.
Backrest wheel: Connect the motor to transmit shaft power.
Collector: Under the condition of minimal loss, the airflow is evenly filled with the impeller inlet section.
Bearing box: device bearing to fill lubricating fluid.

Fan corrosion


1. On-site welding repair: After the boiler fan is severely corroded, it will affect the dynamic balance, and the centrifugal fan will have greater vibration during operation. When the dynamic balance test cannot be carried out on site and the new impeller cannot be replaced, only the severely corroded parts are welded.


2. Add anti-corrosion maintenance coating: After the boiler fan is corroded, you can choose suitable anti-corrosion materials for efficient anti-corrosion maintenance. The anti-corrosion material is resistant to acid, alkali, and solvent corrosion; it has excellent bonding strength and adhesion, which can ensure that the anti-corrosion material will not fall off in subsequent applications. The material has good wear resistance and impact properties. With its excellent performance, it has been widely used in anti-corrosion maintenance of equipment in cement, electric power, chemical and other industries.
