Working Principle

The centrifugal fan of the boiler is driven by the motor to drive the working wheel with blades on the shaft to rotate. The gas obtains centrifugal force through the rotation of the impeller. Gas is discharged from the impeller and enters. The pressure in the casing increases, allowing gas to pass through. The guiding outlet is squeezed out.


After the gas is discharged from the impeller, the pressure in the center of the impeller drops, the fan sucks in the outside air from the suction port, and the rotation of the impeller continuously sucks and discharges the gas, thereby continuously exhausting the gas with it. In this process, the impeller acts on the gas to obtain energy, overcome the resistance of the flue to enter the boiler, or discharge the flue gas in the boiler into the chimney.


Structural Features

The boiler centrifugal fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, regulating door and transmission part.

1. The impeller consists of 12 backward tilting wing-shaped blades welded between the arc-shaped wheel cover and the flat-shaped wheel disc. Due to the use of wing-shaped blades, the high efficiency, low noise and high strength of the fan are ensured. The impeller runs smoothly after static and dynamic balance correction. The impeller structure of the ventilation and induced draft fan of the same machine number is the same.

2. The casing is a volute welded by ordinary steel plates. The casing of the fan is made into an integral structure. For the induced draft fan, a dust removal door is opened on the volute plate, and at the same time it is appropriately thickened to prevent soot from abrasion and prolong its service life.

3. The air inlet is a convergent streamline-shaped overall structure, which is fixed on the inlet side of the casing with bolts.
