Working principle


The material conveying fan uses the motor as the power to drive the impeller to rotate. The gas enters the impeller along the air inlet. Due to the action of the impeller, the gas obtains energy, and the pressure increases and the kinetic energy increases. The gas after the impeller works out of the impeller and then enters the volute. The function of the volute is to concentrate the gas leaving the impeller and convert part of the kinetic energy of the gas into static pressure, and then send the gas out from the air outlet of the volute, when the energy of the gas is sufficient to overcome the resistance of the pipe network, the gas can be transported to a high place or far away.

Structure
The fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission group, etc.


1. Impeller
The fan impeller blade type is designed according to the single suction radial impeller. The whole rotor group has undergone strict dynamic balance correction and strict mechanical operation test, which provides reliable guarantee for safe operation.


2. Spindle
The main shaft is designed according to the working temperature and the working speed is lower than the critical speed. The main shaft is made of steel.


3. Bearing box
The bearing box is equipped with a thermometer and an oil level indicator. The lubricating oil is No. 30 mechanical oil. The amount of oil added is required according to the oil level mark. Each end has an oil drain plug to drain oil when needed. The bearing box is equipped with a water cooling device, so a water pipe must be added. The water consumption is generally considered as 1.0-1.5m³/h.

Maintenance


1. Matters needing attention in fan maintenance:

① Only when the fan equipment is completely normal can it operate.


② If the fan equipment starts after overhaul, it is necessary to pay attention to whether all parts of the fan are normal.


③ Regularly remove dust, dirt and other impurities inside the fan, and prevent rust.


④ In order to ensure personal safety, the maintenance of the fan must be carried out when parking.


2. Precautions for normal operation of fan:

① in the fan drive, stop, or operation process, if found abnormal phenomenon should be checked immediately. If it is a minor fault, the cause should be found out in time to try to eliminate it. If a major fault is found, stop the vehicle immediately for maintenance.


② In addition to replacing the lubricant after each overhaul, replace the lubricant according to the actual situation under normal circumstances.
