1. The function of the impeller is to transfer the mechanical energy of the prime mover to the transported gas. It is a key component of the ventilator. The impeller is mainly composed of blades and a hub. The blade section may be airfoil or single-plate.
2. The combination of the collector and the streamline cover forms a tapered smooth channel, which is conducive to the smooth flow of air into the hub and the casing air duct, and reduces the loss of air inlet.
3. The casing is a gas flow channel formed with the hub, providing the mounting parts of the motor, the connecting parts with the foundation, the connecting flange with the pipeline and other components.
4. The guide vane can be divided into the front guide vane and the rear guide vane. The front guide vane and the front of the impeller make the airflow rotate, which can change the inlet airflow angle of the airflow into the blade, thereby changing the aerodynamic performance of the impeller; the rear wheel vane generates the airflow behind the impeller Part of the kinetic energy is converted into pressure rise.

Precautions


1. When the axial flow fan is started, monitor whether there is any abnormal phenomenon in each part. If there is any abnormal phenomenon, stop the machine immediately.
2. When the axial flow fan is started, it is forbidden to enter the surge condition.
3. When adjusting the blades after the axial flow fan is started, it should be noted that the current should not exceed the rated value of the motor.
4. The normal working temperature of the shareholder bearing shall not exceed 70 ℃, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 95 ℃, the maximum temperature rise shall not exceed the ambient temperature 55 ℃, and the normal working temperature of the sliding bearing shall not exceed 75 ℃.
5. The root mean square vibration speed of the axial fan bearing shall not exceed 6.3 mm/s. For the fan whose bearing box is installed in the casing, the vibration value can be measured on the casing.

6. After the temperature rise of the main bearing is stable, the test run time shall be at least 8h. After shutdown, check the tightness of the pipeline, the clearance of the blade and the tightness of the screw and nut.
