Structural Characteristics of Stainless Steel Fan

1. Stainless steel axial flow fan is mainly composed of impeller, shell, air inlet, motor, connector, cooling fan, etc.

2. The impeller adopts multi-wing single-inlet centrifugal impeller and adopts high-quality galvanized sheet or cold rolled steel plate. The blades are designed according to pneumatic principles. The impeller consists of 10 wing blades, a curved front disc and a flat rear plate. The material is made of high-quality steel plate with high strength, good durability, and strict correction of dynamic and static balance. Good air performance, high efficiency and stable operation.

3. The air inlet adopts the form of convergent streamline vortex shrinkage, with small air volume loss and high working efficiency of stainless steel fan.

4. The fan and the shell are connected with cast steel. The cooling fan blades are mounted on the motor shaft. The outer wall of the metal casting is provided with an inlet and outlet water pipe interface to cool the metal casting and shaft head to ensure the normal operation of the motor at high temperature.

5. The motor adopts special motor, the fan fluid adopts temperature-resistant materials, and the cooling structure performance is reliable. Compared with other boiler induced draft fans, it has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance and high cost performance.
