矿用除尘风机 直接利用由叶轮高速旋转所产生的旋转气流强化含尘空气中的粉尘与水雾雾粒的冲突,提高对细微粉尘的捕获率,使其得到充分混合并形成含尘液滴,由旋转气流产生的离心力将含尘液滴抛到内筒壁上,经通孔进入夹层空腔落入积水盒后被排出,从而实现捕获气载粉尘、净化空气的目的。其除尘功能完全利用空气动力特性自身的技术特征实现,不需要复杂的过滤装置,彻底解决了现有产品在现场使用中因滤网堵塞所造成的一系列问题。除尘风机具有除尘效率高、除尘系统阻力小、无需经常维修等优点,更能满足现场的需要。
	
	KCS除尘风机主要由混合室、净化室、主机与脱水装置组成,其结构如图1、2所示,主要结构尺寸见表2、3;其结构件均用钢板焊接而成,各段风筒由法兰盘螺栓连接,采用叶轮与电机直联方式。该机结构紧凑,坚固耐用,使用安全,维护方便。
