Working principle

1. The stainless steel centrifugal fan is mainly composed of impeller, shell, motor and other components, and the bracket is connected with the shell ram. After the air volume enters the fan impeller axially, it moves axially along the flow channel of the rotating blades. Compared with the centrifugal fan, the stainless steel fan has the advantages of large flow and small size.


2. During the rotation of the impeller, the gas enters the impeller axially from the air inlet, is squeezed by the blades on the impeller, and flows into the guide vanes after the energy increases. The guide vanes make the deflected gas flow move axially, and jointly introduce the gas into the diffuser pipe, and further convert the aerodynamic kinetic energy into pressure energy, thereby introducing the working pipeline.

3. An improved type of stainless steel centrifugal fan-diagonal flow fan (mixed flow fan) In the impeller of the fan, the direction of the air flow is between the axial flow fan, similar to moving along the cone, so it can be called diagonal flow fan (mixed flow fan). The pressure coefficient of the fan is larger than that of the axial flow fan, and the flow coefficient is larger than that of the centrifugal fan.
