Tnstallation And Use


1. According to the position of pneumatic conveying pipeline, lay a good foundation according to the specified drawing size.

2. Before installation, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out to check the tightness of the connection of each component, whether the transmission system rotates flexibly, etc., and the problems should be adjusted and repaired in time.

3. Pay attention to the casing and impeller during installation, and no sundries are allowed. The air outlet duct and weight shall not be added to the fan during installation, and the connection shall be naturally matched, and the connection shall not be forced.

4. Manual turning during installation, check whether it is too tight or collision, and solve the problem immediately if it is found, and do not run with disease.

5. When the fan is running, the fan must run in the designed pipe network. There should be a regulating valve in the pipe network. When the fan starts, the valve should be closed (but not completely closed). When the fan runs normally, it can gradually increase the valve and turn it into normal working state.

6. Materials that cannot be borne by the fan, such as oversized, superhard, winding and other materials and iron, shall not be fed into the fan.

7. Can not let flammable, explosive, volatile gas and oil into the fan.

8. Pay close attention to the sound of the fan, especially when inputting materials, not too much or too full to cause motor overload or fan overload. If there is abnormal sound response, stop and power off immediately.

Maintenance


1. Regularly remove impurities inside the fan to prevent corrosion and vibration.

2. Inject No. 2 calcium sodium base grease or molybdenum disulfide grease into the bearing every month.

3. The bearing temperature shall not exceed 70 ℃.

4. Fan in the start or work if found abnormal, should immediately stop maintenance.

Features


The impeller of the gas conveying material fan is composed of dozens of blades. It resembles the impeller of a massive gas turbine. When the vortex air pump rotates, the air in the middle of the impeller blades is subjected to centrifugal force and moves to the edge of the impeller, where the air enters the annular cavity of the pump body, and then returns to the impeller to re-circulate in the same way from the starting point of the blades. The circulating airflow generated by the rotation of the impeller leaves the air pump for use with extremely high energy (the pressure it generates is 12-17 times that of the centrifuge with the same speed and diameter).
